Q: Do you provide Wi-Fi?
A. Yes, we provide free Wi-Fi connection in both of our conference rooms and the Arena bowl.
Q: Do you have parking?
A. As we are based in the city centre, we unfortunately cannot provide any public car parking. However, there are several public car parks within walking distance, as well as the Dean Street car park to the side of the venue for blue badge holders.
Q: Can I drop off equipment the day before my event?
A: Please contact us on 0115 553 136 before dropping off any equipment as your event space may be in use, and in this case we will not be able to store equipment for you. If it is available you are more than welcome to leave your resources overnight!
Q: Do you offer extension cables for laptop charging?
A: Yes, extension cables are available. Just ask your Conference Organiser beforehand so they can arrange this for you.
Q: Is there a pick up and drop off point?
A: Yes, there is a taxi rank pick up and drop off point at the front of our venue, on Lower Parliament Street.
Q: I am a wheelchair user – what provisions do you have in place?
A: The Motorpoint Arena Nottingham is fully accessible with flat access, lifts to all floors, and automated doors in most areas, many door widths accommodate for those with larger mobility aids. Please see our Accessibility page for more information.
Q: We’d like to bring our own catering in – do you allow this?
A: We review this on an event by event basis, as we have our own in-house catering team who are able to provide an array of high quality catering options for you to choose from. Alternatively, with the support of your Conference Organiser, they can work with you in order to provide bespoke options for your event.
Q: Can you provide photocopying or printing services during my event?
A: Yes! Just inform your Conference Organiser and they will take care of it for you. Each black and white photocopy/print is charged at 5p each and colour copy at 15p each.
